This is a documentation subpage for Template:Search link. It contains usage information, categories, and other content that is not part of the original template page.

Creates links to Special:Search with the provided query, with the query formatted as monospace text with <code>. Primarily for use with RuneScape:Search cheatsheet.

Usage

{{Search link|search query}}

The only parameter is the search query.

If your query contains a pipe, you will need to replace it with {{!}}; if it contains an equals, replace that with {{=}} or by using |1=search.
