Mac is located west of Home near the Mounted Max Capes.
Upon achieving level 99 in all skills and reaching a total level of 2178, players can purchase Mac's cape and its corresponding max hood from Mac for 2,178,000 coins.
Although the player can reach Mac without having reached the maximum total level, he will respond with "None of yer bis'ness" when asked about the cape in his sack.
