The maximum damage the spell can inflect without damage boosts. May be a number.

===speed===
(Optional)
Amount of time taken to cast the spell in ticks. Should be a string describing the amount of time, such as "5 ticks".

Amount of time before the spell can be cast a second time. Should be a string describing the amount of time, such as "5 ticks".

===quest===
(Optional)
Quest needed to cast the spell. Leave empty if no quest is needed, and omit [[Desert Treasure I]] and [[Lunar Diplomacy]].
